This policy explains what personal data Sri Durgai Amman Real Estate (“we”, “us”) collects through this website, why we collect it and what you can do about it. We are a real estate agency based at 11, Thiruneermalai Main Road, near LC Mahal, LIC Colony, Pammal, Chennai 600075.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry form on this website, we collect:

• your name
• your mobile number
• your enquiry type (buy, sell, rent or other) and property type
• your preferred location
• any message you choose to add

If you tap “Send Enquiry on WhatsApp” after submitting the form, the same details are passed to WhatsApp, and WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies to that conversation.

Like most websites, this site also uses Google Analytics, which places cookies in your browser to count visits and see which pages are used. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you.

Why we collect it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry: to call or message you back, share listings that match what you asked for, arrange site visits and follow up on that enquiry. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Your consent

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), we process your personal data on the basis of your consent, which you give by submitting the form. Your consent applies only to the purpose stated above. You can withdraw it at any time by calling or messaging us, and we will stop contacting you about the enquiry.

Who can see your data

Your enquiry is stored in this website’s database and is seen only by our team handling enquiries, and by our website service provider when needed to maintain the site. We may share your details with a property owner or builder only when it is needed to arrange a site visit you asked for.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and related follow-up. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. To do so, or to raise a concern, contact us:

• Phone / WhatsApp: 90944 22268 (Monday to Saturday, 8am to 8pm)
• Office: 11, Thiruneermalai Main Road, near LC Mahal, LIC Colony, Pammal, Chennai 600075

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date above.
